The Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High Gym Red takes inspiration from the original Air Jordan 1's style and color scheme. Instead of a black and red upper, this sneaker features a shorter silhouette with red accents. After releasing sixty different Air Jordan 1 hues in 2018 and a number of additional colorways the following year, Nike debuted the Jordan 1 Retro High Black Gym Red in 2019. The upper is made of white leather and has shiny black overlays. Against the black leather, the winged Air Jordan emblem shines out distinctly. The red leather at the ankle draws attention to the red Nike swoosh insignia that is displayed on the side.
